1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and win15 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing win15.club, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any service offered on this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

win15 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to players. Amended Terms become effective immediately upon publication on win15.club. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on win15, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), slot games, crash games (Aviator, Monster Dice) and any future products added to the platform. Where separate product-specific terms exist, those terms supplement but do not replace these General Terms.

win15 operates as an entertainment platform. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the accuracy and availability of our services, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the fitness of our platform for any particular purpose beyond online gaming entertainment.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

win15 is strictly an adults-only platform. To register and use any service on win15, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. win15 enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be using win15 on behalf of a third party, syndicate or business entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a win15 employee or partner organisation.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with win15 or any partner platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

win15 actively employs age-verification procedures and cooperates with responsible gaming organisations to prevent underage gambling. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed, all wagers voided and any deposits returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts equivalent to winnings derived from the underage period of activity.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of win15 services, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. win15 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including failed withdrawals due to incorrect payment account details.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered win15 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or through the use of a VPN — is a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, win15 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all bonus balances and withhold any winnings generated through bonus funds pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win15 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify win15 support immediately at [email protected].

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with friends, family members or third-party betting services.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any account activity you did not authorise.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

win15 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure Bangladeshi players can fund their accounts and receive winnings conveniently. All financial transactions on win15 are subject to the following terms.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your win15 account instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the respective mobile financial service. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank and others) may take up to 2 business hours to be reflected. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. win15 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after 20:00 BST will be processed the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. win15 may request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.
• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• win15 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspicious account activity.
• Repeated chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

win15 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers, Aviator free rounds and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these General Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New win15 players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to your bonus balance upon deposit confirmation. To withdraw winnings derived from the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any withdrawal can be processed from that portion of the balance.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Transfer of bonus funds between accounts is prohibited.
• win15 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies, or any form of systematic bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in individual promotion terms. Unused or unqualified bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• win15's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and not subject to appeal.

6. User Obligations

By using win15, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the win15 platform:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification or support interactions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any automated tools to interact with win15 games, odds feeds or payment systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors must be returned.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards win15 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, the win15 backend systems or any restricted area of the platform without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected. win15 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators in investigations involving suspected fraud or money laundering.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on win15.club — including but not limited to the win15 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, data compilations and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the exclusive intellectual property of win15 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use win15.club for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from win15.club except as strictly necessary for your personal use of the platform.

Game titles and software provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi — are the intellectual property of those respective studios. win15 holds valid licensing agreements with all content providers featured on the platform. Unauthorised use, copying or distribution of third-party game content is a separate violation of those studios' intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win15 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — win15 or any services on the platform.

win15 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or third-party service outages beyond our control. win15 shall not be liable for any losses (including open bets or missed gaming opportunities) resulting from platform unavailability.

Where win15 is found liable for any claim arising from these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of win15 to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to win15 in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your win15 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, win15 will verify your identity and confirm that no active bonus wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests remain outstanding. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

9.1 Closure by win15

win15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit or withdrawal activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.

9.2 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as outlined in the current fee schedule available on request from [email protected]. win15 will make reasonable attempts to notify you before applying dormancy fees. Real-money balances in dormant accounts will never be reduced to below zero.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. win15 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, efficiently and transparently.

10.1 Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your win15 account or a specific transaction, you should first raise the issue with our support team at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. Where a dispute relates to a specific wager or game outcome, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the relevant event.

win15's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility and account violations is final once the internal dispute process has been completed. win15 maintains comprehensive transaction logs and game round records that form the authoritative record in any dispute.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any product-specific terms published on win15.club, constitute the entire agreement between you and win15 with respect to your use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations and agreements between the parties on this subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
